1.Eligibility

The Summer Promo discount is available to all new and existing clients of JMS Developers Inc.

No purchase is necessary to claim an estimate.

2. Discount Details

Clients may receive up to 20% off on Bathroom Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, and Complete Remodeling services.

The final discount percentage will be determined during the free project estimate, based on project scope and budget.

3. Promo Validity

This Summer Promo currently has no expiration date.

JMS Developers Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promo at any time without prior notice.

4. Combinability

The Summer Promo may be combined with other eligible offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated by JMS Developers Inc.

5. Limitations

The discount applies only to remodeling services (Bathroom, Kitchen, Complete Remodeling).

Not applicable to roofing, ADU/garage conversions, or unrelated services unless expressly approved.

6. Estimates & Contracts

All discounts will be applied to the final signed contract after the free estimate.

Estimates provided are non-binding until a formal agreement is executed.

7. General Conditions
